Founders Story

Ignite Hope stands firm in its commitment to help children in crisis. Our experience as adoptive parents fuels our dedication to support others on the journey of caring for kids from challenging backgrounds. The vision for Ignite Hope was born during a transformative mission trip to East Asia in 2014, where we felt a compelling burden to advocate for children without families and a nurturing environment for their faith thrive.
Ignite Hope was founded in 2015 by Jeff and Jacqui Jackson. We confidently Advocate, Resource, and Empower in the spaces of child welfare, engaging with juvenile justice, child protective services, and adoption agencies. While fostering and adoption may seem unfamiliar to some, we know firsthand these paths are powerful avenues for family creation. Although our family may not resemble a traditional family tree, we embrace the concept of a family forest. We are resolute in our mission to ensure every child in crisis has a dedicated advocate. Our focusa is on supporting children from pre-born to permanency, as we have experienced the profound impact of support in times of need. We are committed to raising champions who will protect the welfare of children in crisis—this is not just a profession it is our passion and legacy.
